The career began as Research and Teaching Assistant at West Virginia University, leading a reservoir simulation project, integrating diverse datasets for enhanced reservoir characterization. This was followed by a significant tenure as a Senior Petroleum Engineer at IHS Global, managing the full lifecycle of engineering software applications (e.g., PERFORM, SubPUMP). I also provided extensive technical and sales support, delivered worldwide training, and offered specialized consulting for production optimization initiatives across the USA, Latin America, Saudi Arabia, and Russia, also developing comprehensive user documentation. As a Reservoir Engineer Specialist at Frontera Energy, I was instrumental in optimizing over 200 heavy oil wells and surface facilities through continuous surveillance and multi-phase software modeling. Contributed to planning for thermal Enhanced Oil Recovery (EOR) pilot projects (In-Situ Combustion and Cyclic Steam Stimulation) and developed an Excel-based analytical modeling tool for production forecasting under various EOR methods. Currently, as Chief Engineer at Oleum Technology LLC, I oversee real-time performance analytics and reporting for oil well portfolios in Midland, TX, and Latin America, leveraging proprietary SIP technology to identify critical trends.
