Responsibilities :  Preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance for all drilling rig equipment .  Instruct all personnel assigned to me of their duties, their responsibilities and the necessary safety precautions prior to startup of any work.  Establish the maintenance, overhaul and repair program for the equipment.  To take safety measures to ensure work permit and energy isolation (if needed) as per HSE standard.  Ensure that all personnel under my supervision possess the necessary qualifications and experience to properly carry out the work assigned to them in a professional and safe way.  Ensure that all orders and instructions given in writing or verbally are fully understood.
