Follow the company HSE policies and procedures. To ensure safety of drilling crew as well as effective and efficient Operations during schedule duty. Assist the Driller, Tool Pusher, Rig Manager and Crewmembers as needed. Responsible for ensuring the safety of the drilling crew and supporting crew, ensuring proper care and maintenance of the equipment on the rig floor as well as maintaining productivity to ensure attainment of the company and the contracting company goals and objectives. Coordinating & managing the different critical jobs like Casing, Cementing, Logging, BOP Pressure Test & Nipple-up/ Nipple- down of BOP stack by working with the concern person for the job. Assists the Tool Pusher to making the tally of BHA.  Prepare & Maintain PTW, IADC & DDR (Daily Drilling Reports).Check Mud pumps operations & Maintenance of Hydraulics. And To assist in slip & cut drill line operations. Prepare BHA, Pipe & Casing Tally. Take inventories of Tools & maintenance of equipment.Maintains working areas tools and drilling equipment in safe clean tidy and orderly manner.Continuous monitoring of Drilling activities, Mud Properties, Rig Activities and Safety Procedures.Monitor and record drilling fluid weight and viscosity at regular intervals & reports any deviation from operational requirements to the driller.Prepares the BHA for next job according the client company man.Gives Safety Awareness to the crew members related to current operations.Supervises in the Rig Up, Rig down and rig move activities.Prepare DPR, all Excel sheets of drilling operation, well completion report, well testing report and well consumption or costing data. Work in Co-operation with the drilling supervisor.
