1. Handling Drill Pipe & Tools Connect and disconnect drill pipe, casing, and other tubulars (called "tripping pipe"). Use tongs, slips, and other tools to assist in drilling operations. 2. Rig and Equipment Maintenance Clean, inspect, and maintain drilling equipment and the rig floor. Lubricate and change parts to ensure smooth operation. Assist with routine inspections and preventative maintenance. 3. Cleaning and Housekeeping Keep the rig floor and surrounding areas clean and safe (often called “rig sanitation”). Dispose of waste materials properly to avoid slips or hazards. 4. Support for Other Crew Members Assist the Derrickman, Motorman, and Driller when needed. Follow instructions from the Driller or Assistant Driller. 5. Safety Operations Follow all safety procedures and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE). Participate in safety drills and toolbox talks. Be alert and ready to act in case of emergencies. 6. Handling Mud and Fluids Help manage drilling fluids (mud), clean mud pits and shakers. Monitor and maintain mud equipment as directed. 7. Loading and Unloading Help with loading and unloading supplies and equipment using forklifts or cranes. Properly stack and store pipe and materials.

Basic Rigging & Lifting Operations Skilled in using slings, shackles, and chain blocks safely. 2. Mechanical Aptitude Ability to troubleshoot minor mechanical issues with equipment. 3. Teamwork & Communication
