I supervise and direct operations in the picking up or laying down of tubular and all drilling-related equipment Maintain accurate record of tubular and tool dimensions (i.e. internal and external diameter, fish neck, and serial numbers Supervise the lubrication and maintenance of all drilling and associated equipment and ensure it is carried out in accordance with the Preventative Maintenance System (RMS). I hold pre-tour meeting with the drilling crew for all drilling operations. Managing crew members and assigning them to different work/jobs. Assisting the Driller in operation of rig and equipment when needed I make sure all duties delegated by Driller for crewmembers are carried out safely and quickly as possible by me. Helping crewmembers with duties as needed Attending and participating in all safety meetings and drills Reporting all accidents, incidents to my Supervisor. Constant checking for all rig equipment to make sure it is in good running condition and if any doubts something doesn’t seem right report it to direct supervisor Practice safe work habits and set an example for crewmembers.(no bypass or shortcuts) I always keep a good attitude towards my job and a friendly environment with my co-workers. I always give guidance to crewmembers when i see them doing something the wrong way. Always aware of what is going on around me. Always wear your Personal Protective Equipment I do whatever is asked to me with the best of my knowledge, understanding and ability.
