·        I had been involved in Drilling and Work-over of different types of Wells-Exploratory, Horizontals and Re-Entry Wells- etc. ·        Have come across many types of Wells Problems-Stuck Pipe, Bit Failure, String Washout, Fishing etc. ·        Worked in HSE sensitive situation Oil Base Mud, S carrying formation, co-ordinates with services company personnel and third party equipment. ·        Carry out routine safety inspection of various safety, Drilling and rig equipment’s. ·        Study the risk factors and kind of hazards that may develop during the drilling operations. ·        Brief the crew and ensure everyone is in knowledge about the particulars of the job. ·        Supervise the execution of the drilling exercise closely from start to finish the document the details of the drilling work done at the end of the shift. ·        Communicate with the drilling superintendent on the progress of drilling. ·        Ensure crew members wear safety gears before starting the work. ·        Inspect employee safety and security, including the working conditions of equipment. ·        Draft detail reports on accidents, interruptions, etc. and submit it to drilling superintendent. ·        Experience on Deep exploration wells, HTHP wells, directional wells, extended reach horizontal wells, H2S wells ·        Experience on handling mud weight 16.3 ppg ·        Ability to work on traditional handbrake to relieve driller as per operation requirements. ·        Management of the day-to-day drilling activities. ·        Adherence to environmental and other government laws and policies ·        Conducting safety meeting prior to operations. ·        Ability to work with the various TDS models. ·        Leadership and ability to plan and coordinate Drilling activities. ·        Ability to plan and conduct safety meetings, safety inspections and to perform daily drilling operations in a safe manner. ·        Ability to plan and conduct safety meetings, safety inspections and to perform daily drilling operations in a safe manner.   ·        Ability to organize the maintenance of equipment and to supervise the testing and checking of equipment and systems. ·        Knowledge to supervise Drilling and Workover Operations ·        Ability to recognize all current and/or changing well conditions and to ensure that Rig Superintendent/Client Representative is advised. ·        Leadership and ability for plan work for crew. ·        Strong organization skills and ability to multi-task. ·        Good computer skills with familiarity with MS office suite.
