Implementation of the Safety Requirements for Crew.  Arrange & conduct daily IWAP (Integrated Work Activity Planning), Safety Tool Box meetings.  Update NDT Inspection matrix& equipment certification  Ensure implementation of corrective action for the UNSAFE act/Condition mentioned in the STOP CARDS.  Identify UNSAFE ACTS and UNSAFE CONDITION and take corrective actions.  Ensure compliance to Operations Policies and Procedures on rig site.Specific responsibilities include regular HSE inspections, Hazard Observations and reporting, Facilities health &hygiene Audits /Inspections, Accident Investigation and Root Cause Analysis, Task Risk Analysis, Conducts In-house Safety Training, Hazards Identification, HSE related reporting e.g. Statistics, Key Performance Indicators, Work Permit , IVMS tracking, Lifting plans, Inspections and etc.  Ensure Rigs meet all requirement of contract from a safety standpoint, correct any unsafe practices & making sure all rig personnel comply with company’s established safety standards & procedures.  Work closely with Line Management in developing programs & achieving safety goals & objectives  Develop JSA’s with drilling crew.  Conduct safety meetings on different HSE topics.  Coordinate HSE plans and drive HSE improvements  Participate in HSE audits, reviews, verification and inspections  Ensure third party employees are conversant with the company HSE policies and procedures.  Ensure all safety rules, regulations and procedures are fully implemented and adhered to by all personnel (Company or Contract).  Ensure that the Safety Program requirements outlined in the Safety Manual are fully implemented  PTW Training & PTW System Review and WMS Tier 1 Audit.  Implement/ Review STOP Card System  Ensure that the Accident/Incident and Near Miss Procedures are reported & investigated  Investigate all reported accidents/incidents and near miss occurrences to identify the causes and avoid future recurrences  Prepare & distribute safety alerts on accident/incident  Train personnel in the use of the safety equipment, the requirements of the safety procedures, and in safety matters in general.  Organize, monitor and assess periodic drills and simulations of emergency response to specific emergencies, fire, H2S, etc  Assisting HSE Manager with the preparation & Implementation of emergency response plans, procedures and drills.  Assist HSE Manager in the development and implementation of HSE training programs  Assisting HSE Manager with the preparation & Implementation of emergency response  Supervise Vehicle and Equipment inspection.  Inspect Hand tools and Portable power tools at site.  Ensures oil protection is provided for excavation where ever required.  Ensure proper barricading, signage is provided at worksite.  Ensure good housekeeping at worksite.  Check and ensure PPE stock availability  Developed / maintained a training matrix and emergency contingency plans for all crews.
