·        To demonstrate and promote safety leadership. ·        Assist the Driller, Tool Pusher, Rig Manager, Operator Rep. as needed ·        Help the driller run the drilling equipment, manage the crew & ensure safety. ·        Assist in setting up equipment’s like draw works, brake, rotary table & supervise derrickman on Mud pumps. ·        Give Crewmembers guidance and support when and where it is needed.    ·        Ensure that all rig equipment’s within the area of responsibility is maintained.                                                                                               ·        Ensure that crew follow safety rules & environmental regulations. ·        Prioritize safety at all times. ·        Monitor crew performance & address any issue. ·        Responsible for all tubulars measurement which is using for drilling operations. ·        Always Equipment’s should be ready for well shut in.
