Coordinate and supervises heavy workover operations: well recompletion (ESP replacement, natural flow and gas lift recompletion), slickline, wireline and coil tubing operations, wellhead and well system integrity; Ensuring a safe, clean, and organized work site; Supervising workover procedures and enforcing safety precautions; Communicating with engineers and team members regarding technical issues during operations. Preparing daily drilling reports and documenting encountered problems; Pressure tests of each Christmas tree and Wellhead valves, track all data in Expro SafeWells software; Responsible for 6 offshore oil and gas platforms (70 active wells) to fulfil delivery schedule, frequency of the delivery, quantity and quality of the delivered gas; Establishes the operational parameters of facilities and equipment to obtain final products according to the required specifications (oil, gas, water);
