Monitor spares, machines condition and drive PM and maintenance. • Check kill sheets, trip sheet, compute ton-mile, monitor torque/drag and ROP and best influence parameters for good results. • Perfect measurements for drill pipe, tubing and casing while pick or derrick. • Arrange and check condition cleaning, drifting, threads and body of DP, tbg and casings before Pu and rih. • Communicate closely and usefully with Drilling Supervisor/ Office/Safety. • Arrange, assemble and check fishing and milling tools and make. • Arrange and interface with cementing crews and help safe rig up and testing. • Help logging crews for best, safe and quick rig-up and job performance. • Strictly enforce safety and assistance during perforation jobs. • Arrange and test all rig equipment and certifications for iron before high pressure, stimulation and pumping jobs. • Well killing/securing by various methods as per IWCF/IADC and well intervention requirements. • Rig up/rig down and rig move in all conditions and safety requirements. • Route and site monitoring and inspection before rig moves. • Maintain, monitor and repair BOP and accumulator equipment. • Convert program to easy steps for each shift to follow by sequence. • Arrange/Order all tubular, subs, tubing, pipe and drill collars in good inspected condition. • Record length, odds, ids, fish necks, hard facing, bore and shoulders and all particulars. • Monitor, maintain record and arrange maintenance and inspection of all rig machineries. • Material management of mechanical, electrical, engine, handling tools, spares and fittings. • Maintain minimum inventory as required and arrange order pipeline. • Administration of crew records for timesheet, discipline, promotions, training, transfers, and performance appraisal.
