· Troubleshooting of VFD faults used for Mud pump, Draw box, Rotary Table, AD motor at Rig site. · Responsible for Installation and maintenance of Cater pillar D.G. and Synchronizing Panels, control through synchronizing panel) · Responsible for operation and maintenance of Electrical Panels ,Soft Starters, DOL Starter and various other types of starter panels, etc · Experience of Testing & site commissioning of all Motors and Cables Load estimations as per required · Experience of maintenance of various types of lighting systems compromising of HPMV, Sodium Vapor, Mercury vapor, etc. · Responsible for installation and maintenance of all Instrumentation at rig site · Responsible for installation and maintenance of Alternator ,Sensor and control panel of Cater Pillar D.G. · Responsible for installation and maintenance of all kind of kitchen appliances like freezer, hot plate, electrical burner, mixer, lighting, bread maker, potato cutter etc. · Strategically, plan, analyze & conceptualize the basic requirements while setting up the technical infrastructure of the Rig. Define scope of projects while contributing to the project as the project architect and the areas of cost efficiency, time management & manpower planning for the Rig shifting. · Responsible for Installation and maintenance of all kind of AC motor. · Experience in Maintenance and operations of Whole POWERCONTROLROOM, Erection of the Site electrical system during shifting and testing. · Having good experience of PLC wiring and communication troubleshooting as currently working with Siemens s7-300 which is using several numbers of digital and analog modules.
