In my previous role as a Floor Man at National Drilling Company (NDC), I was responsible for performing manual labor on the rig floor, including handling and connecting drill pipes, operating tongs and slips, and assisting with the running and pulling of drilling tools. I actively supported the drilling crew and driller in day-to-day operations, ensuring proper alignment, efficiency, and communication during all rig activities. I maintained strict compliance with HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) regulations, participating in regular safety drills and toolbox talks. I contributed to maintaining clean and hazard-free work areas, properly handling equipment, and reporting any unsafe conditions. I have completed several safety training programs including IWCF Level 1, firefighting, first aid, and confined space entry, which improved my readiness and awareness during emergency situations. Additionally, I collaborated closely with maintenance teams to identify equipment issues, assisted with rig-up and rig-down procedures, and demonstrated the ability to work long shifts under pressure and follow instructions accurately
