Mixing chemicals as per MSDS.Derrickman’s first job at beginning of each tour. 1.Good handover from relief. 2.Record drilling and completion fluid in logbook. 3. ⁠check all line up for mud pump and mixing pump. 4. ⁠call out mud weight and viscosity after every 30 minutes during drilling. First 3 daily task hai. Don’t leave pumproom if any equipment is running unless someone relieve you. Efficient watch keeping during well control operations Keep shale shaker and de-sander, degasser ¢rifuge mud pump clean when in use. Perform necessary maintenance on the pit room and mud pump room Change the linear, seat, seat valve and piston when required, Know how to service the pop up valve also mixing ops operate fork lift during for lifting chemical. Safely and efficiently perform all duties assigned during maintenance operations. Assist in keeping the pump room, reserve pit room and shale shaker of the rig free of all unnecessary tools and equipment. Mud viscosity and mud weight checks of the drilling mud at the pit room as required ,Also assist Asstdriller when needed, And also there is monthly pm for pump and service the pump in every month.
