Conduct detailed engineering studies to optimize drilling performance and minimize non-productive time (NPT). Monitor and evaluate drilling parameters and well integrity to ensure technical efficiency and safety. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (geologists, reservoir engineers, service companies) to ensure accurate execution of well programs. Prepare daily drilling reports, risk assessments, and cost control evaluations. Troubleshoot operational issues on site and provide technical solutions in real time. Manage equipment selection, procurement, and logistics coordination for field operations. Train and mentor junior engineers and field personnel on best practices and safety protocols. Participate in post-well evaluations and continuous improvement reviews. Contribute to the development of drilling procedures and technological upgrades within the company.
