Supervise drilling activities on the rig, Ensure operations are conducted safely, efficiently, and in compliance with the drilling program and regulatory requirements. Encourage a positive safety culture and mentor junior crew members. Monitor equipment condition, ensure routine maintenance and inspections Identify and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions or hazards. Liaise with mechanics and electricians for preventive maintenance schedules. Ensure spare parts and critical supplies are ordered and stocked. Review and interpret daily drilling reports. Maintain accurate shift reports, Assist with incident reporting and root cause investigations.
