As Rig Manager of 150T workover Rig : 1) To plan and carry out workover operations. 2) to resolve problems arising during the operations. 3) To carry out Fishing operations. 4) To check all records and assist during Audits. To comply Audit points in time. 5) To resolve local barricades issues by coordinating other sections like LAQ, Security etc. 6) To maintain working harmony at Rig site by resolving issue if any at site. 7) Strict follower of 10 Safety Rules. Have knowledge of QHSE , DGMS , OISD and follow SOP in workover operations. 8) Key Responsibilities: Safety: Implementing and enforcing safety procedures, conducting safety meetings, and ensuring a safe working environment for all personnel on the rig. Personnel Management: Supervising and coordinating the work of the rig crew, addressing personnel issues, and ensuring proper training and development. Operations Management: Planning and coordinating workover operations, managing daily activities, and ensuring efficient use of resources. Equipment Management: Overseeing the maintenance and operation of the workover rig and associated equipment, ensuring proper functioning and adherence to maintenance schedules. Budget Management: Managing rig costs and contributing to budgeting and cost control efforts. Communication: Maintaining clear communication with the client, management, and other stakeholders regarding rig operations and any issues that arise. Compliance: Ensuring that all operations comply with company policies, safety regulations, and environmental regulations. Problem Solving: Identifying and resolving operational and personnel issues that may arise during workover operations. Continuous Improvement: Identifying opportunities for improvement in safety, efficiency, and performance and implementing changes accordingly.
