Ensure safety information at workplace via bulletin boards, posters, newsletters etc. Lead and supervise a team of engineers and technicians on the land drilling rig Oversee reservoir surveillance and technology operations, including data analysis and interpretation Develop and implement optimization strategies to improve reservoir performance Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives Ensure compliance standards and regulations
