Develop Subordinate Personnel Through Continuous Training. Oversee The Rig Preventative Maintenance Program. Ensure The Integrity And Stability Of The Vessel Is Maintained At All Times. Oversee The Overall Maintenance, Inspection, And Certification Programs. Review The Client's Projected Well Program. Oversee Quantity Of Fuel, Lubricants, Potable Water, Etc. Prepare, Organize, Evaluate, And/ Or Approve Periodic Status Reports And Evaluations And Assessments For Personnel. Ensure All Personnel Familiar With Safety Precautions, Procedures And Drills. Ensure The Required Safety Equipment Remains On Board At All Time. Assist In Preparing Annual Operating Budget For The rig. Operates Drilling Equipment And Coordinates The Operation Of Machinery And Equipment Necessary To Prepare To Drill And To Drill. Monitors All Equipment Which Is Run Into The Well Bore.
