Periodic Maintenance & Repair Jobs Daily checks of running equipments Hourly & Days maintenance program on oil rig equipments such as main generator engines, mud pumps, cranes, draworks, top drive system, powertongs, iron roughneck, air winches, tuggers, hoists, overhead pulleys, hydraulic pistons & power units, cementing units, well control koomey unit, displacement pumps & other oil rigs operations mechanical units & equipments . Worked on solid control units operation & maintenance. Pneumatic power tools maintenance & repair Procurement of required parts & spares with generation of work orders. Done overhaul of main engine specialized in caterpillar & daihatsu engines. PM such as 500hours filters change/1000hours same as 500 but also checks on all fuel & oil lines/2000hours replacement of oil/10000hours change of turbocharger s/20000hours top overhaul &40000hours major overhaul
