Manage drilling crew, follow well program, assist and support the driller, ensure the crews follow the procedures and policy, perform PM on drilling equipment, nipple up and nipple down well control equipment as well perform test at this equipment as per API procedure. Assist and support the OIM on drilling operations, tracking and follow rotation hours as well pump hours, Teaching assist on derrickman to mixing WBM and OBM, assist and support to barge master during rig move, ensure working with full PPE and assist the third party to rig up the equipment. Leadership and teaching the drilling crews to improved any job. Tracking and request critical spare parts list to drilling equipment, assist and support the company man with workover operations and flowing operations. Perform and coaching marine and drilling crews.
