 Ensures that company HSE policies, procedures, regulations and objectives are effectively implemented in drilling operations.  Conducts and participates in reviews, inspections and audits of Drilling Operations and contractors at both, work site and supporting facilities locations.  Conducts safety assessments at the work site to determine the quality and effectiveness of safety management systems.  Assists in establishing HSE for Drilling Operations. Ensures that accurate HSE incidents and near miss’s records are gathered and maintained for preparation of weekly and monthly HSE reports.  Generates and maintains the HSE related reports including HSE incidents, statistics.  Cultivates strong safety culture and promotes HSE incident prevention through effective use of safety flashes / alerts.  Participates in the HSE incidents investigation and preparation of HSE alerts. Researches and shares lessons learned from Drilling Operations related HSE incidents including incidents from other side. Root cause analysis, TAP root analysis, Fault tree analysis, Failure mode analysis, Risk control barriers  Facilitates in the preparation and implementation of Drilling Operations Emergency Response Plan & Procedures and Monitoring closeout of Incident recommendations.  Supports Drilling Operations in establishing and progressing HSE initiatives, programs and procedures (e.g. Office Ergonomics). Identifies and implements improvement opportunities as necessary.  Provides HSE support and facilitates operational / job risk assessment and develops a detailed HSE related work plans.  Ensure that Project HSE programs and procedures are implemented, reviewed and improved as needed.  Provide HSE functional guidance, auditing, training and participation in meetings for individual contractor and sub-contractor HSE professionals  Working knowledge of HSE standards (e.g.ISO 14001, OSHAS18001, ISO9001) and industry best practices.  Qualitative & quantitative risk assessment techniques like
