• Drill conductor hole, surface hole, intermediate hole and final phase as per the customers drilling or well program. • Function and pressure test BOP's as per program. • Operate and / or direct operation of draw-works and other equipment and tools on the drill floor. • Maintaining accurate record of tubular and tool dimensions of all tubular run in the hole. • Organizing the drilling crew in work activities of Make-up & Break-off the Bottom Hole Assembly components, Drill line cut & slip, Nipple up/Nipple down BOP & BOP Pressure Testing, Running Casing string and Cementing job. • Keep accurate records of fluid displacement when tubular is run in/ pulled out of hole and maintain trip sheet, report if any discrepancy observed. • To conduct safety meeting regularly, pre-job meeting for non-routine drilling operation and well control drills & exercise in regular interval with the drilling crew. • Assist in rigging up, rigging down and rig move. • Maintenance and the safe operation of all drilling equipment.
