As Senior Tool Pusher / Rig Manager Supervise and manage daily drilling operations to ensure safety, efficiency, and timely completion of wells. Coordinate between rig crew, company representatives, and third-party services. Ensure strict adherence to HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) policies and industry standards. Lead maintenance planning for rig equipment, ensuring operational reliability and minimal downtime. Conduct safety briefings, drills, and training for all rig personnel. Manage logistics including movement of tools, materials, and crew for smooth rig operations. Monitor and control drilling parameters for high-performance operations. Maintain detailed reports, including daily drilling reports and maintenance logs. Resolve on-site problems promptly, minimizing NPT (Non-Productive Time). Provide mentorship and skill development for junior staff and drill crew.
