Chief Mechanic /Mechanical Field Service Engineer . Repair, Installation , commissioning, troubleshooting of all drilling equipments , pipe handling equipments and rig auxiliary equipments. Worked as chief mechanic on offshore jack up rigs. Carry out daily inspections . Attend downtime issues due to equipment failure. Carrying out preventive and predictive maintenance on equipment as per company procedures. Currently working as Field Service Engineer mechanical with NOV India. Carrying out overhauling, commissioning, troubleshooting , repairs and condition assessments of all NOV drilling equipments as per company procedures and policies. Profile Highlights More than 15 Years of Experience in Mechanical maintenance including 14 years of Offshore Jack up rig Experience in Conventional Type and Amphion Keppel Mod V “B” Class Rig. I have done routine and Major Maintenance in CAT 3516C HD, C-15, C 3512 Engines and EMD-16 cylinder V-type Engines, Various Rig Equipments such as National Mud pumps , Alfa Laval Water Makers & purifiers, NOV Draw Works, NOV Top drive, Cameron BOPs, Rotary Tables, Cameron BOP control Unit, Air Compressors, Shale Shakers, De-gasser compressors , Favelle Favco Cranes, Crown and Travelling Block, Rotary Table, Hydraulic Tongs, Iron Roughnecks ST-100 , ST-120 and ST-80.
