This includes conducting pre-job safety meetings, performing JSAs, investigating incidents, and ensuring all safety-critical equipment is operational. Coordination & Supervision: Direct and coordinate the daily work of the workover rig crew and various contractors, ensuring efficient and safe operations. Operational Monitoring: Monitor real-time drilling and wellbore conditions, equipment performance, and overall rig efficiency, making adjustments as needed. Logistics and Supply Management: Arrange for the transportation of equipment, manage the inventory of supplies, and request necessary services and materials for the job. Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and submit daily reports on operations, costs, and safety, and ensure accurate documentation of wellsite activities and well history. Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve operational problems, troubleshoot challenges that arise, and implement solutions to keep the operation on schedule. Personnel Management: Oversee the crew, assist with training, and conduct on-site audits to assess personnel competence and performance. Communication: Serve as the primary liaison between the company and the rig contractor, ensuring clear communication and cooperation among all parties involved.
