PRIMARY ROLES &RESPONSIBILTIES ➢ Organizing & participating all safety meetings like tool box talks, pre-job meetings, pre- tour meetings, weekly safety meeting, Client meeting, OISD Monthly meeting ➢ Monitor the Permit to Work, Tool Box Risk Assessment(TBRA), Safety Conversation Card, HSE Dashboard, Deltas, STNC, Exemptions, and all other company-initiated systems. ➢ Promote & encourage crew to participate in Company’s different safety programs such as Safety Champion, made a Difference from others, Behavior Safety on Individuals, Self- Verification ➢ Rig Safety induction for New hands, Visitors, Service hands ➢ Conduct Company internal audits and inspection of facility and equipment as defined by company HSE&T management systems, reporting of identified deficiencies. ➢ Monitors corrective actions determined from Clients QSI, OISD, MSA Audit and OES Inspection. ➢ Hazard Observations and reporting (Hazard Hunt),Space Audit, Safety Tour ➢ Incident / Accident / Near Miss initial Investigation ➢ Participate in Weekly Share Call with Management, Present HSE topics to management, Actively Participate in HSE Subject Debates with Fleet OSA ➢ Conducts regular scheduled weekly & monthly drills that will include H2S drill, Fire drill, abandon drill and Man Overboard drill. Track & log all drills. ➢ Submit reports, as required, to immediate supervisor. ROUTINE FIELD INSPECTION ➢ HSE related reporting e.g. Safety conversation card, Work Permit issuance, Confined Space Inspections and Gas Free Certificate issuance, JSA’s, LOTO etc... ➢ Fire Fighting Equipment Inspections ➢ Oil Spill kit Inspection ➢ Eye Wash and Shower Stations ➢ Breathing Air Cascade System ➢ Fall Protection ➢ Drop Program PROFESSIONAL COURSES ➢ NEBOSH IGC Level 3 Course passed with Distinction. ➢ BOSIET Course (OPITO Approved) Valid till May 2026 ➢ Height at Safety, Confined Space Entry, Inspection and AGT from Pentasafe at Lonavala, India ➢ Advanced safety (Equivalent to NEBOSH) from National Safety Council (NSC), Saudi Arabia ➢ (POSH) Principles of safety from National Safety Council (NSC), Saudi Arabia
