• Development of Strategies like HSE Policy, HSEMS, SOPs, HSE Plan, Emergency Plan, Risk Assessments (HIRA), HAZOP, JSA, Rescue Plan • To implement defensive driving program throughout the company & monitoring through In-Vehicle Monitoring System / GPS • To evaluate new facility design, fixed firefighting installations etc. • Inspection & monitoring of facility, equipment & camps, Chemical Storage Facility • Conducting HSE Induction for new joiners & ensuring training compliance • To conduct 5S, 1st & 2nd party ISO Audits • To advise & train Safety Engineers, Officers for KOC & JO approvals • To advise, allocate & monitor KPI, HSE Objectives, HSE targets assigned • Conducting HSE Campaigns, H2S awareness & Drills • Conducting Incident Investigations & preparing action plan • Preparing HSE bulletins, alerts & lesson learnt • To formulate HSE budget, Raising Material Requisition on ERP & follow-ups • Attending client meetings & arranging their needs, Management of Subcontractor • Ensuring safe disposal & reduction of waste from source • Representing company best HSE practices / Marketing • Preparing HSE requirements for Annual inspections, CEO & ASSE Award, for Business Development, Pre-Qualification Documents, CHESM • Conducting interview to ensure selection of right candidates • Placing HSE needs for Tendering/Pre-Qualification Submittal • To monitor local rules & regulations / legal requirements • To comply KEPA standards for environment protection • To consolidate corporate monthly-yearly reports / presentations, for company management & customer • Reliver of HSE Manager during his vacation
