Rig HSE Advisor: Ensure timely analysis of the Project HSSE Performance (lagging and leading) and feedback with recommendation for improvement to the attention of Project stakeholders. To provide Safety support to the teams of the New Developments Directorate  Projects. Facilitate active & re-active monitoring programmes (including annual HSE Plan). On site HSE walkabouts to monitor compliance with HSE/ best practices (KCA Deutag, Valeura Energy/ Equinor). Facilitate additional HSE training as required.  Promote positive health and safety behaviours within the project. Focus on helping them achieve Company’s safety culture and continuously improve the Company’s safety performance. Liaise with the Europe HSE DEPARTMENT on all aspects of the various safety issues concerning HSE (Health & Safety Executive).  Support the activities and effective utilization of the Safety Representative Organization. Support task supervisors during pre-job safety meetings, perform toolbox talks and support team in paper work (TRIC, PTW) Generate Job Safety Analyses; HSE Documentation and practical support of project in lifting operations (best practices, PTW, lifting plans, color coding etc.) Participate and as required lead Incident Investigations. To promote CLIENT vision and values and act as a safety leader embedding the GOAL ZERO agenda from the outset. Collate monthly, quarterly and annual drilling HSE KPI. Support rig management in HSE related issues; Generate emergency response plans specific for each location; Help/ support team to generate rescue plans (work at height, confined space); Follow up corrective actions tracking system;
