Responsible for controlling various planning functions like spare development, spare management, MIS reporting, vendor management, invoice certification, ISO documentations. • Prepare monthly budget provision and cost saving data analysis. • Preparation of CAPEX budget by collecting major jobs work BOQ. • Preparation of OPEX budget by extracting consumption data of last year. • Managing data using SAP (specifically the PM and MM module). • Maintaining material reservation posting in SAP system to achieve proper data of material consumption & monitor the store for proper preservation. • Monitor SAP PM schedule and periodically extract data to prepare PM compliance analysis with cause of delays and record improvements. • Equipment sizing, data sheets, specifications and P&IDs in collaboration with the Process Team. • Engaging in external/internal audits and putting together documentation for the IMS system. • To achieve preventive maintenance, breakdown maintenance within speculated time frame to avoid production loss, and shutdown maintenance for some of constant working equipment’s service for longer equipment life. • Also responsible for managing daily work distribution, labor management, and communication with contractors related to job work. • Static equipment as Shell and tube heat exchangers, Block type heat exchanger, Tanks, Chiller, Stripping column, Vessels, Furnace, Reactors, Boiler (6,8 and 12 ton THARMEX), Filter and Strainer (PP AND MS), Different types of valves and different types of MOC of piping (FRP, FRV,FRB,PP,PVDF,PPRC,PPFRP). • Rotary equipment’s such as different types of pumps (Centrifugal pump, Gear pump, Split casing pump, Metering pump, Vertical long shaft pump), and Mechanical Seal (double mechanical seal and bellow seal) and Root blowers, Cooling tower, Fan, Agitators.
