- Job accomplishments. • Plan, coordinate, and monitor all the mechanical, civil & electrical activities of the assigned Group of inspectors and allocate suitably qualified QC resources to the project. • All quality matters of the BGC projects with elegant engineering. • Developing and implementing the project quality system. • Carrying out internal quality audits, in addition to supplier evaluation audits. • Review of suppliers’ & laboratories quality system documentation. • Monitoring the implementation of the project quality system as per Project Quality Plan. • Liaison with project team members and client Quality Representatives to resolve any major quality problem. • Preparation of Project Quality Plan, Procedures, and Inspection& Test Plans. • Review and follow up on non-conformities, report to the client the NCRs, and resolve by NCR Procedure. • Quality risk management of the project risks using 8D methodology in addition to planning of Quality activities and objectives. • Prepare and issue weekly and monthly KPI quality reports for top management. • Analyze and monitor the performance of resources in terms of costs and quality. • Familiar with ENI, ADNOC and Shell Standards in welding, painting and quality management. • Failure Root cause analysis, Supplier FAI Inspection. • Activity Coordination, Teamwork, leadership, QMS System, Auditing. • 8D Methodology, FMEA, and 5 Why using to find the faults route cause and quality risks management. • Troubleshooting equipment malfunctions. • QA/QC Inspection policy, manual, plan, and Procedures, NDT according to AWS, ASME, DNV, and EN codes. • Quality of procurement process, SQE Supplier quality engineering and management. • Implementation and application of all QA/QC Processes and Procedures. • Create new QMS system for elegant company to be aligned with ISO 9001 Standard. • Key person for increasing the company rank from 54% to 73% among all BGC contractors. • Re-organized the quality team in ZOHR project to work better for reaching a client good satisfaction. • Developed, implemented new preservation procedures and all project documentation for offshore structures. • Fully aligned the company’s Quality& Environment operations with ISO 9001, 14001 standards. • Project accomplishment with minimum NCR records. • Implementing safe waste management practice for the under-establishment company. • Good relationship with suppliers to meet the quality requirements. • Follow up all the construction and erection activities of cooling towers and pipe racks of the OSBL areas in onshore plant. • Promptly communicate any problem/deviation to the Project team and to the Head of Department, to develop the best strategy to implement corrective actions, minimizing the consequences on the project results. • Creating Quality Risk management plan for the company to identify and eliminate any quality risk in the project using 8D, FMEA, and 5 Why quality tools.
