Plan, review, and approve slickline job programs including safety valve retrieval, shifting sliding sleeves, gauge cutting, fishing operations, memory gauge deployment, and pressure/temperature surveys. Lead contractor management activities, evaluating service quality of major slickline companies (Halliburton, SAPESCO, IOD, AlMansoori). Ensure tool redressing, maintenance, calibration, and quality control for downhole tools and gas lift valves (CAMCO, WEATHERFORD). Provide technical support and troubleshooting for complex well intervention challenges. Manage slickline crews, mentoring junior engineers and ensuring competency development. Conduct risk assessments, pre-job planning, and lead toolbox talks to maintain operational safety. Interface with production teams, drilling, and well services departments to optimize interventions. Develop shutdown, isolation, and process safety procedures in compliance with HSE requirements. Prepare post-job reports, analyze operational performance, and recommend improvements for future operations.
