I work at SONATRACH in the TFT oil field and have more than 20 years of experience in the oil and gas industry. I currently serve as a Logistics Coordinator and well intervention forman, responsible for coordinating all personnel and equipment transfers, and for supporting workover supervisors, slickline teams, and well intervention teams to ensure that all operations run smoothly and safely. My role involves managing all logistics activities, ensuring that the necessary equipment and personnel are available for each operation. I develop forward plans, review upcoming activities, and make sure every task is fully supported with the required resources. I also establish contingency plans to handle any unexpected challenges efficiently. Technical Skills : • Well Completion: Tool preparation, installation, testing, and supervision. • Work-Over Operations: Well killing, fishing, and pump installation (ESP, SRP). • Slickline: Knowledge of downhole equipment operations. • Equipment Expertise: Packers, Nipples, Mandrels, Valves, Wellheads, Tubulars.
