1-Preparing Intervention programs, Slickline job SOP job, Job tickets, field reports, wire records, and Pre Job/post-job summaries; ensure timely submission of documentation and Production and Reservoir Department feedback. 2-Coordinate daily and weekly Slickline operations across rig and rigless sites, ensuring alignment with drilling/workover schedules and client job requests. 3-Supervise field execution of Slickline activities, ensuring strict compliance with HSE standards, technical procedures, and operational protocols. 4-Maintain and manage crew rosters, job schedules, equipment mobilization plans, and communication logs to ensure operational readiness and transparency. 5-Provide first-level troubleshooting during operations, escalating critical technical issues to Production manager or Head Office technical support teams when required. 6- Preparation of Annual Budget (OPEX and CAPEX) through coordination with all departments 7-Conduct equipment inspections and contribute to internal/external auditsto ensure compliance with operational and regulatory standards. 8-Ensure all activities are conducted in compliance company HSE standards asset integrity and safety management codes of practice 9- Participate actively in toolbox talks, job risk assessments,safety meetings, and incident Investigations to promote a strong QHSE culture.
