Drilling Rig Foreman: Accountabilities: Serve as the primary liaison between client and client contractors and shall provide supervision of all operations performed on client wells /Ensure that client contractors meet all contract requirements and shall verify and approve all client contractor and service company operations by way of tour reports and field ticket /Provide engineering methods and procedures for wells drilling and workover /Recommend best operational practices that are under of corporation policies /Carry out with client recommendations on stuck pipe incidents, accustom courses contents to D&WO operations. /Keeping updates the forecast, schedule and planned activities during the well construction to anticipate resource needs, meet well demands, and ensure optimal service efficiency as well as minimize the NPT. /Analysis of the daily operation report /Analysing drilling data for efficiency improvements /Member of the team of tender and contracts of well services and drilling rigs. /Provide strong leadership in all areas of health, safety, and environmental (HSE) protection, ensuring the use of safe working practices according with the normative and local law. /Responsible on services provided and materials used /Ensure the rig maintenance in its different types /Ensure the maintenance and repair activities and monitoring rig operational costs to enhance the overall efficiency within budgetary constraints. Leader of the HPHT Projects in the Santa Barbara Field with Drilling Rig of 3000 hp Capacity and wells with gradients 0.85 psi/ft. The completion was made with 1100 hp Workover Rigs. Leader in gas wells drilling in San Joaquin and Santa Rosa Fields, wells high pressure with drilling rig from 1500 hp to 2000 hp and average production 4 million cubic feet a day for wells. Average depth 12 thousand feet. Last wells drilled: RG-242, RG-47 and RG-251 also JM-275. Achievements: It was reached the annual project portfolio in 80% of the planned wells, decreased in 15% Non-Productive Time with respect last year. It's achieve drill the HPHT well more deep in the area with the drilling rig HP-116 (3000 hp) to a Deep 23980 ft. well type (J). Coordinate with success the SIMOPS operations projects.
