Reporting to TOOL PUSHER To carry out the operation, maintenance & troubleshooting of all mechanical related equipment’s at rig &camp. Maintain the PMS, order the spare parts, follow the safety system. Work with gen set: CAT 3408,PERKINS 2206 ,NOV MODEL IRON ROUGHNECK mud pump-GARDNER DENVER, BOP Controls: CAD Condition Monitoring of Drilling Equipment : Model Ranging From: Generator Engines 3408, C-18, 3412, ,IRON ROUGHNECK Mud Pumps,Draw Works, B O P Control Accumulator Unit, IRD, Other Pneumatic & Hydraulic Equipments.WINCHS. Engines, Generators: Caterpillar:3512,3508,3412,3408,3406,C-15,C-18,& D-399 Top drives: CANRIG 1250 AC, VARCO 11 SA Drawworks : WIRTH 2000,BHEL-1400,LCI-1100, Mud pumps: WIRTH,BHEL-850,GARDNER DENVER-PZ-11,PZ -7,WEATHER FORD-MP-13. Hydraulic operating tongs: casing tong, tubing tong, drill pipe tongs, pipe spinner Able to read the hydraulic &pneumatic circuits for troubleshooting &commissioning. Allison Transmission, Hydraulic pumps, Motors and Gear Boxes. Air compressor(Atlas copco,Ingersollrand,Elgi).
