: • Operate in the derrick during tripping operations, guiding drill pipe into and out of the elevator and assisting the Driller. • Maintain and monitor drilling fluid systems (mud), including mixing chemicals, checking viscosity, density, and ensuring proper circulation. • Inspect and maintain mud pumps, shale shakers, degassers, desanders, desilters, and other mud system components. • Assist in rigging up/down operations and ensure proper handling of tubulars and other equipment. • Ensure that equipment and work areas are cleaned and maintained in a safe, operational state. • Work closely with the Driller and Rig Floor crew to ensure smooth and safe operations. • Comply with all health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures. • Report any safety hazards or equipment failures to supervisors immediately. • Participate in safety meetings, drills, and toolbox talks as required.
