The day to day running of the crew. Oversee all drilling operations. Oversee all Health and Safety responsibilities. Planning for up and coming operations. Liaising with rig management. Dealing with any problems that may occur with crew and machinery. Dealing with the problem and liaison with the managers. I have worked my way up to the role from Rousterbout to Toolpusher, gaining valuable experience along the way. I have meet all crews competency levels are maintained. My roles is ensuring the crew are competent in their roles and their health and safely is upto date. Making sure the crew are happy within there roles.
