 Now working as a Shifter (Operation support)  Handling Electrical shifter job to support operation for running the plant out Isolation and De-isolation of HV/MV/LV feeders.  Good knowledge in schematic and single line drawings read and Trace.  Conversant with overhaul and preventive maintenance procedures on a variety of high and medium voltage equipment’s, like a Switchgears,&Motors HV/MV/LV and transformers in accordance with schedules, check list and specific equipment requirements.  Preventive maintenance of HV/MV and LV Motors, Lubrication of Bearing (oil & greasing), Measuring IR, WR, PI, values of different capacity of Motor  Involved in Preventive, Proactive and Breakdown Maintenance activities of electrical equipment’s like Transformer, Generators, UPS, Battery and Battery Chargers, Heaters, Electrical Heat Tracings, Bridge Cranes, Capacitor Banks, VFD, LV/HV Motors, Lightings, etc.  Trouble shooting for HV/MV/LV Motors, check the Protection Unbalance, Thermal over load trip, Earth fault, Jam fault etc.….  Preventive maintenance of all electrical equipment like Lighting panels, transformers, motors and circuit breakers (VCB&ACB) etc.  Operation, Maintenance and testing on Variable Frequency Drives and good awareness about hazardous zone classifications&ATEX standards.  Insulation Resistance test, High pot, stability Test for Bus bar, Circuit breakers, and contactors.  Carries out specialized electrical maintenance or repair work in assigned location on primary&secondary systems of HT/LT equipment’s, includes oil levels check, checks auxiliary contacts&wirings of transformers, panels and other parts as applicable.  BDV Test of transformer oil (Die-electric strength of transformer oil).  Maintaining of Daily activity log book, about log out tag out for cub’s contactors, mcc feeders and monitoring of running equipment, etc.…..  Complies with safety condition and practice on all equipment’s on which is working and observe the work permit regulation.  Maintains lighting systems through replacement of lamps, starters, repairing circuits&faults, topping up electrolyte levels and checking power sockets.  Thorough with testing procedures for electrical equipment’s like CT/PT polarity, ratio, winding resistance test, CRM tests, C.B timing tests.  Installation of electrical equipment’s like Transformer HT/ LT, Switchgear motors with control and power wiring, junction boxes, light fitting Hi Must Poles, Earth pit, etc.….  Installation of Cable Trays, Internal Wiring of Distribution Board Lying Of HV, LV&Control Cables and Termination.  Site co-ordination with commissioning team for Solo run, Load test run of motors, Bump test etc.…..  Constant updating of motor databases, daily log reporting, safety issues discussions, tool box talks, Punch lists&preservation points preparations.
