Including Strong Knowledge of Mechanical Seals and Sealing Systems & Bearing Systems. •The Role Involves Achieving High Machinery Reliability Through the Execution of Safe and Efficient Maintenance Practices and Procedures. •This Includes Monitoring Temperatures, Pressures, Checks oil Level & Other Rel General Running Conditions. Reports to Senior Engineer with Using Sap & CMMS Software •Carried Out Routine Preventive Maintenance of Machinery and Static Equipment According to Schedules, Check Lists and Specific Equipment Requirements. This Includes Changing Oil, Cleaning Strainers, Replacing Filters, Greasing & General Overhaul of Equipment. Repairs And/or Replaces Defective Parts, Reassembles Overhauled Equipment & Carries Our Necessary Tests and Performance Monitoring Upon Start-Up. •Carried Out a Wide Range of Corrective Maintenance and Repairs as A Result of Condition Monitoring Checks or Failures of Equipment. This Includes the Dismantling of Various Static and Rotating Equipment, The Analysis of The Failure, And the Decision on How the Repair, The Equipment Reassembly, The Commissioning and Test Run of Equipment •Be Part of Multi-Disciplined Maintenance Support Team Place Future Recommendations. Technical modifications and improvement proposals: Scope of Work definition and supervision of execution phase. Failure and criticality analysis review and recommendations drawing to production operation. •Provide Day to Day Onshore Mechanical Rotating Equipment Support and Advice to The Offshore Teams & Specialist Support with Regards to Inspection, Fault Analysis and Improved Maintenance Strategies for Mechanical Rotating Equipment. •Plan Preventive Maintenance Work and Feed in To the Client's 5yearly Integrated Planning System. •Take The Lead in Condition Monitoring Report Analysis to Identify Potential Equipment Failure and Improvement Opportunities. •Update All Records Entering in The Maintenance Log the Nature of The Fault, The Work Carried Out and The Time, Labor and Materials Used Including Any Measured Values Recorded. Give Work Direction to Technicians and Contracted Helpers. Assist In On- The-Job Training of Subordinates. •Receive Work Orders, Review Assigned Work, And Arrange for Necessary Materials, Tools, Equipment And ‘Permits to Work’, Assign Tasks and Follow-Up Until Satisfactory Completion.
