* Involved all kind of plant startup and shutdown activity like Full blow down and partial blow down startup activity. * Experience in all types of Vessels such as a Three base and two base separators, and vertical vessels such as a KODs, coalesce, filter, Glycol and Amine contactor, Regeneration system, Electro de-hydrator and Re-boilers. * Assist with maintenance before handover any hydro corban equipment’s, such as a purge, flushing, ensure double isolations, Check the LEL, H2S, O2, CO and recorded into the permit system. * Taking Oil, Gas & water sampling from separator, produce water unit, Fuel gas unit to do analyses from station as well as to send lab according to the manifest procedure. * Involved gas lift compressor startup from field and taking reading monitor the equipment from the field. * Experience in high- and low-pressure gas dehydration process unit and monitor all pressure equipment’s and attending any troubleshooting on glycol contactor, handled troubleshoot like foaming and gas condensate * Conduct preventive maintenance activities such as checking of alarms, cleaning of pump strainers, air filters of re boilers & blowers, greasing valves and flushing of float chambers according to defined schedules in order to facilitate uninterrupted operations. * Experience in startup of centrifugal pumps as well as reciprocating pumps, like DRESSER RAND, SULZER, Booster Pump, Glycol circulation pumps, water injection pumps, Crude oil transfer pumps, all type of auxiliary oil pump, hot oil pump, I was handled SULZER pumps with high and low pressure.
