RESPONSIBILITIES OF ROUSTABOUT ❖ Cleaning, washing, housekeeping, Chipping, buffing, Painting, Mixing, Scraping, Hammering, Drifting, loading unloading, ❖ Help the drilling crew & Maintenance crew as well as Supported Crew & Services Companies time to time. ❖ All works follow the team work. ❖ Obey the senior order always. ❖ Use proper P.P.E in all over operations. ❖ Must follow the P.T.W & J.S.A procedure before un routine jobs. ❖ Always attend the Tour meeting & Weekly meeting and Pre - job planning meeting as well. ❖ Follow the all safety rules in every single operation. ❖ Must know the knowledge of all rig equipment, maintenance and handling. ❖ Assist the A.D and Derrick man on the Hoppers when mixing starts. ❖ Arrange the M.S.D.S sheet before caustic chemical mixing time. ❖ Assist the senior in pump repairing time and during nipple up/down. ❖ Assist the senior in slip & cut procedure. ❖ When 6 feet above the ground ‘work at height’ must use the safety harnesses. ❖ Always clean the rig side area. ❖ Must know the knowledge of all rig side alarms. ❖ Good be heavier & good communication to the other guys on the Rig side and the living area. ❖ Assist the all crew members in dismantling & Reassembling operation. ❖ One Roustabout work on the Sand Trip Tank. His use H2S sensor that holds on its pocket during Drilling, Monitors the shale Shakers Screens, and in case of loss or gain inform to Driller. RESPOSIBILITIES OF FLOORMAN ❖ Work in Drilling, ❖ Work in Tripping, (In tripping, Pullout & running), ❖ Making & breaking connections On the Rig Floor During Operation, ❖ Slip & Cut, ❖ Worked with casing Crew in casing time, ❖ Check the safety valve in open condition if safety valve not opens than open it, ❖ Work on Mud Pumps in repairing time under the derrick man & ad, ❖ Change the Liner 7 piston, ❖ Change the Seat & valve, ❖ Work on BOP ❖ Change the BOP & Rams, and UP/DOWN the Nipple, ❖ Always follow the Instructions Driller in during Operation, ❖ Daily bases check the Tongs Dies and Nat and built and safety pins, ❖ Follow the Safety Rules in all operation, During Drilling, cleaning, washing, Housekeeping, painting, loading UN loading, ext.… ❖ Assisting companies’ personnel services during rig up/rig down of their equipment’s. ❖ Greasing wash pipe, traveling block and TDS as par instructions of the driller. ❖ Maintain good housekeeping on rig floor to avoid any slip/trip hazards. ❖ Visual inspecting of all safety lines and hanging lines and report and replace any damage. ❖ Must use Proper PPE during all Operation, ❖ Must Follow the PTW & JSA & TBT procedure,
