Oversee Roughneck, Derrickmen, and other rig Crew members during operations. Ensure proper handling and installation of tubulars ,tools and other drilling equipments. Operates rig equipment like the rotary table, drawworks, mud pumps and supervision. Handle Well-Control situations, monitoring for early signs of kicks, Fluids losses. Support the Driller in implementing Well- Control measures and procedures. Promote safety practices and culture by enforcing safety standards and practices among Crew members. Participate in daily safety meetings and Toolboxs talk. Emergency preparedness by assisting in emergency drills, fire, blowout Maintain logs reports for Supervisor and the Rig Manager Rig equipment operations and maintenance.
