Roles Field Operator/Production operator. Note down field readings to cross check with the DCS (i.e. LT,TT, FT, PT etc). ● Continuous monitoring and LLF round every two hours. ● Ensuring all standby pumps are always in healthy condition in normal operation. ● Responsible to do the change in the field as instructed by panel officers for safe and Effective operation of the plant. ● Cleaning of filter by Backwah system and knowledge of water injection system. ● Unit Start up and Shut down and handle emergencies. ● Maintaining the record for the future and past shutdown jobs. ● Ensuring strict compliance with safety procedures and work permit procedures. ● Maintaining proper housekeeping in plant area to ensure a safe and clean work area. ● Making punch point list and rectification of the points with co-ordination of the maintenance department. ● Inspection of equipments in association with inspection personnel. ● Routine Pump changeover & isolation for maintenance. ● Troubleshooting in plant operation and handling emergencies. ● To hand over the equipment with proper decontamination for maintenance. ● Ensure that all jobs in the plant are going with all the safety precaution mentioned in risk Assessment sheet.
