Job Description and Responsibility • Diagnoses and repairs mechanical failures, performs preventative maintenance, and ensures machinery and systems operate optimally • Daily Progress Reports. Conduct Predictive Maintenance, Corrective Maintenance base on SAP PM • Involve planning, Execution and Supervision of preventive, predictive (daily check list), correction maintenance on day-to-day basis • Ensure availability tools, consumable and Spare Parts align with maintenance schedule • Optimize reliability, availability, and safety of equipment within a facility, collaborating with Engineer, Lead Engineer and Operation departments to manage the lifecycle of machinery • Contributing to the development of maintenance plans and budgets • Conduct and ensure works carried out by personnel on site are in accordance with the required HSE standards PPE, LOTO, WAH, Hot Work, Confined Space, JSA and Permit to Work
