Supervision of Night Operations Full supervision of all drilling and production operations during the night shift. Ensuring that all work is performed according to safety procedures and company/operator standards. 2. Safety Management Monitoring the application of Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards in all activities. Conducting pre-job safety meetings (Toolbox Talks). Reporting any incidents or near misses and taking immediate corrective actions. 3. Coordination and Communication Coordinating with the Day Pusher to ensure continuous operations without interruption. Communicating with service companies to ensure the availability of materials and equipment during the shift. Preparing shift reports and handing them over to the rig manager/day pusher. 4. Operational Control Monitoring rig and equipment performance and intervening to resolve operational issues. Ensuring the implementation of drilling programs and operational plans as scheduled. Supervising heavy lifting operations, pipe handling, and tripping operations. 5. Crew Leadership Managing night-shift personnel and assigning tasks. Evaluating crew performance and providing professional guidance. 6. Compliance and Documentation Ensuring all activities comply with approved policies and procedures. Preparing daily records of operations and safety activities. 7. Emergency Response Leading emergency response actions during the night shift. Ensuring readiness of emergency equipment and response teams.
