1.assist the driller in safe drilling operation. 2.Execute first-line maintenance for drilling equipment. 3.Support the driller at all aspects of operations measure drill pipe ,drill collars, BHA,Xover etc. 4. Support the crew in operation like Derrick man for mud properties, mud pumps, trip tanks, line up for shakers and assist in operation. 5.Support Derrick man at monkey board(Derrick) for RIH/POOH drill pipe& collar. 6.Support the crew at rig floor in inspection of tongs, slips, roughneck, well control FOSV valve & I bop valve (gray valve) 7.Assist crew in N/up & N/Down B.O.P and bell nipple for flow lines. 8.Observe the well during any well controlled situation or as per IWCF LEVEL 3 standard practice Observe well for kick warning signs and positive indicators to act accordingly. 9.Participate in safety drill and emergency situations on the rig site which includes H2S released or a fire. Act as a team leader for rescue. 10.Assist driller for the break time as recommended by company 11.Most important is to put all HSE aspects on its proper place prior to all the job & follow company policy and procedure.

1.IWCF LEVEL 3(driller level) 2.NEBOSH IGC ( to supervise in job in safest manner) 3. Valid H2S by ADNOC. 4.valid work at height cert ADNOC. 5. Good communication skills 6. Knows Arabic language and all the cert required to work in an onshore rig
