Coordinating with Field Operator for Startup, Shutdown and Commissioning activities, Normal Operation and Trouble Shootings of boiler, desalination, Potable and hydrochlorination plant. To make the planning of the plant performance and interlock tests. To make daily/weekly/monthly job progress reports. Preparation of Daily and Monthly Operational Reports. Preparation of Incident, Accident and Near Miss Reports in the capacity of Incident Controller. Analysis of Risk Assessment, Hot work & Confined Space documents as per safety rules. Reporting to commissioning coordinator regarding commissioning and operational activities and events. Starts, synchronizes and shuts down the unit following proper operating procedure and established parameters.  Control and monitor the unit's and its auxiliaries, electrical, mechanical, control and instrumentation equipment Records all plant/auxiliaries operating data, including all alarms and protective devices being actuated and reports any deviation to the concerned maintenance department necessary action. Applies remedial measures to all impending troubles/abnormalities and reports such to the Maintenance Engineer and concerned maintenance group for assistance through CMMS. Activates manual mode in cases of emergency wherein the unit or auxiliary equipment is in danger of being damaged. Monitors operation of auxiliaries such as the plant switchgear and performs corresponding switching schedule. Monitors strict implementation of plant safety protective tagging system (turning off and locking of breakers during maintenance) to ensure safe and efficient operation. Performs regular test run on black start diesel generator sets. Monitors fuel oil tank and fuel gas compressor conduct change-over if necessary.

I have an experience operation and commissioning experiance in combined cycle power plant, desalination, TPP, Coal fired P.F& AFBC boiler, Oil & gas fired boiler, and i have completed specialiation course in power plant Enineerin in NPTI
