• Maintain clear production history of process operations/equipment informing Production Superintendent. • Ensure all plant is operated efficiently in accordance with Company/Client procedures • Preparing Plant load shedding based on Steam & Power with utilities. • Handling emergency situations &response to actions/duties required in emergency/abnormal situation as per Emergency Response plan. • Ensure/promote safety awareness all the time. • Prepare relevant documents for jobs with SAFETY & HSE procedure. • Note standing instructions while preparing job permits. • Necessary actions during Emergency and also in Plant outage durations. • Preparation of procedures for equipment’s / vessels isolation for routine or shutdown jobs and follow up in de- isolation and start-up works. • Preparing relevant certificates for safer job handling • Good communication with Panel and maintain plant production at control. • Make regular routine checkup of all equipment and units to ensure that they are functioning properly without any abnormalities. • Understand the permits rules and follow the job safely with coordinates. • Prepare for shutdown jobs and startup activities as per laid procedures. • Check all running machineries to ensure good performance. • Prepare punch list, spading and de-spading lists for safe operation during shutdown activities and start-ups. • Take corrective action for all equipment and instrument defects and leaks immediately to avoid production loss. • Maintaining good House Keeping as per HSE. • Initiate and lead fire-fighting and other emergency action.

An experienced Oil & Gas Production Operator should demonstrate strong capabilities in well operations, surface facility management, safety compliance, troubleshooting, and multi-discipline coordination. Completed (BOSIET & H2S) course.
