Engines & Generators: Troubleshooting & Maintenance of DG set of Caterpillar, Engine model 3512 & Generator model SR4 of 1020KW AC control module system. Draw works: Troubleshooting & maintenance of AC motors of 1000KW, Make BHEL and draw work system. MUD pump: Troubleshooting & maintenance of AC motors of 1000KW & model 5032 MUD pump control system. VFD Drive system Invertors: Maintenance & Troubleshooting of AC drives of ABB, R8i series. Model No; ACS 800-107-1740 (DC to AC function) Air Compressor: Maintenance & Troubleshooting of LG air compressor, capacity 150PSI and Type – Screw type. Monitor ISA and permit to work for all electrical task, close out daily work orders and ensure the corrective work orders are documented on all repairs Manage LOTO in relation to electrical and remote or auto-start equipment. Installation & maintenance of GAS sensors. Maintain/Repairs Air condition & Refrigeration Plants, lighting fixtures and switches, Fuses, Junction box including safety equipment’s, Power generator & alarm, cabing and termination etc. Follow and performs company planned preventive maintenance plan to minimize down time & Maximize safety.
