 Assist the Maintenance Supervisor in the work plan for the annual and exit well maintenance and repair of all oilfield mechanical equipments and system.  Assist the Maintenance Supervisor in defining safe and cost –effective work procedures for all maintenance activities relevant to oilfield electrical equipment.  Act as the lead man in accomplishing the maintenance activities of assigned electrical equipment, lines and system.  Maintains and ensures that special electrical tools and measuring equipment are in good working condition, cleaned and safe kept properly.  Executes preventive and predictive maintenance, troubleshooting and repair procedures on all mechanical and electrical equipment.  Attend toolbox meetings.  Conducts periodic and regular inspection and testing on all electrical equipment (e.g. Generators, E-motors, switching panels, MCC) according to OEM procedures and document findings. Correct any potential problem to ensure equipment reliability.  Supervises the disassembly, loading and unloading of electrical devices and equipment for rig moves and rig up operations.  Troubleshoots, repairs, does servicing and reconditioning of all oilfield electrical equipment.  Reads and interprets drawing and technical manuals to aid planning, troubleshooting and repair works.  Reports all incidents, near-miss incidents and safety hazards.  Follow all safety rules and regulations on carrying out works.  Ensures availability of spares and replacement parts for all oilfield electrical equipment prior to the work schedule.  Ensures that all available windows to do maintenance without hampering the drilling operation are optimized.  Orients field operators on the safe and proper use of the electrical equipment on the rig.  Perform other related duties that may be assigned by the immediate superior.
